We met in high school and started dating in a way that felt pretty natural from the beginning. There wasn’t a big, over-the-top moment, just two people who enjoyed being around each other and kept choosing to spend more time together.

After graduation, we went to different colleges, both playing sports, which meant time apart and learning how to navigate a new kind of relationship. It wasn’t always easy being apart, but we stuck with it. Through busy schedules, distance, and all the changes that come with growing up, we stayed committed and kept showing up for each other.

Over time, we grew individually while still growing together, learning how to support one another through every stage.

More than anything, we know how fortunate we are to have each other. What started in high school turned into something lasting because it was genuine and always worth it.
